What types of communication can I receive via eDelivery?
You can elect to receive statements and trade confirmations, tax forms, proxy, and prospectuses via eDelivery.
Is eDelivery secure?
With eDelivery, you will access your documents in a secure, encrypted, password-protected environment. Electronic communications have proven to be more secure than paper mailings.
How will I know when a new document is available?
Documents delivered via eDelivery are posted to Online Access. When a new document becomes available, you will receive an email from Notifications@janney.com. Account statements are typically posted by the fifth business day of the month. You can view and edit your email address on file via Online Access, under Contact Settings.
Where do I find my documents that are delivered electronically?
You will find your account statement and tax documents on the home page of Online Access. All your electronic documents are accessible from the Documents tab.
Can I download and print my account statements?
Yes. You can download and print all your documents that are delivered electronically. Navigate to the desired document and select download, print, or save file, as desired.
