Janney Adds Six Advisors in the First Month of 2016

PHILADELPHIA, PA – February 11, 2016 – Janney Montgomery Scott LLC (“Janney”), a leading full-service wealth management, financial services and investment banking firm headquartered in Philadelphia, Pa., today announced the hiring of six advisors (three from Wells Fargo Advisors, two from BB&T Scott & Stringfellow, and one from Oppenheimer & Co., Inc.). The advisors join Janney with average client assets under management of $78 million and average production of $680,000.

  • Richard Ranone, Senior Vice President/Financial Advisor, Providence, RI – formerly of Wells Fargo Advisors, LLC
  • James Routhier, Senior Vice President/Financial Advisor, Bedminster, NJ – formerly of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc
